Churches Together for Kids Ministries (CTFK) is the Church - the community coming together to invest in the lives of children and youth. We are a non profit organization founded on July 1, 1999 and are funded through churches, individuals, and businesses.
Vision - The church - the community coming together to demonstrate the love of God to children and youth and building Hope in our community.
Mission - To meet the needs of children and youth in our community by demonstrating the love of God as the Church and working with our community to improve the lives of children and youth, that will touch families, our community, our county, state, and nation.
Back2SchoolBash
An annual Outreach event which prepares children & youth to return to school physically & spiritually ready. Starter packs of school supplies, hygiene packs, health screenings, and hair cuts are just a few of the areas of ministry.
Operation Love Angel Tree
An outreach through the efforts of local churches, businesses, and individuals to provide Christmas gifts to children & youth in need.
Light the Night
An annual evangelistic event, which is an alternative to halloween. LTN is setup like an outdoor carnival with two goals: proclaim the gospel and ensure children and youth have fun in a safe environment.
Future Builders Scholarships
CTFK awards annual scholarships, a minimum of $1000 each. These scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors from Wagener-Salley High based on Godly character, servant-hood, and then academics.
Pure Hearts Club
An opportunity for young ladies 5th-8th grade to come together and learn about purity: body, soul, and spirit. PHC teaches young ladies they are special, and made in GOD’S image. PHC meets monthly offering teaching, activities, and special events, like the Father-Daughter Purity Ball.
Brave Hearts Club
A opportunity for 6th – 12th grade young men to meet each month and learn about purity: body, soul, and spirit. A lifestyle of purity is taught and modeled through positive male leaders from our community
1st Priority
A Christian club held during club period at Wagener-Salley HS to allow students the opportunity to share GOD with their peers and to disciple students to be stronger. CTFK provides guidance & coordinates meals so that churches can invest in the youth of our community
After School Mentoring
CTFK has partnered with The Learning Key to provide after school math & reading tutoring to elementary & middle school students. A future goal is to provide an after school program that will stand alone that can focus on helping the students of our community in all subject areas and character development.
Wagener Pregnancy Care Center
A Ministry in place to save the unborn and proclaim Purity. Some of the free services include: pregnancy tests, parenting & prenatal classes, peer counseling and many more services.
Harvest Table
An opportunity to serve our community a Thanksgiving Meal for those who are in need, who may be alone, or simple want fellowship on a day of Thanksgiving.
